You must be a registered Member of BUENAoFEA.COM in order to use this Site. By registering, you are verifying that you are 18 years of age or older and are agreeing to legally abide by the following Terms & Conditions. Members of BUENAoFEA.COM shall legally abide by the provisions of these Terms & Conditions at all times. Membership is void where prohibited by law. Membership is for individual, non-commercial use only.
Membership Responsibilities
Members on this Site shall not disclose within their Member Profiles any true last names, personal email addresses, personal telephone numbers, and/or addresses of personal residence.
Use of Content
Members on this Site shall not use any illegal, vulgar, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, racially offensive or sexually offensive language in Member-posted images, Member-posted material content and/or private emails with other Members. BUENAoFEA.COM reserves the right at any time to prohibit, delete, edit and/or modify any Member-posted material content, images and/or communications that violate any or all provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
Amendment of Terms & Conditions
BUENAoFEA.COM reserves the right to amend and/or terminate any provision of these Terms & Conditions, whether in whole or in part, with prior notification of our members.
Cancellation of Membership
Your Membership may be cancelled for any reason at any time by submitting email or written notification of cancellation. Upon official notification, BUENAoFEA.COM may cancel your Membership if you violate any or all provisions of these Terms & Conditions. Any Member who violates any or all provisions of these Terms & Conditions shall forfeit any refund of any unused subscription fees.

You may cancel your subscription at any time without any penalty or obligation within the first five (5) days from your subscription date for a Full Refund equal to your subscription fee. Also, if you cancel within five (5) days after your auto-renewal date, we will also refund your subscription fee. In the event that you die or become disabled within the five-day period, you or your estate will receive a refund equal to your subscription fee.
Liability
BUENAoFEA.COM assumes no liability for any damages and/or injury to persons or property relating to the use of, misuse of, or inability to use the content material that is published, contained or offered on this Site. BUENAoFEA.COM assumes no liability for any damages and/or injury to persons or property and/or relating to the interruption, delay, failure or corruption of any Internet-transmitted communication and/or data.
Indemnity
As a Member of this Site, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold BUENAoFEA.COM, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers harmless from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities and/or settlements including, without limitation, reasonable attorney's fees or accountant's fees, made by any third party resulting from, or alleged to result from, your violation of any or all of the provisions of these Terms & Conditions.
